Therapy

We offer a range of different therapies, including CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) to help you understand how anxiety works and manifests in your body, change your unhelpful thinking patterns, and work on healthy coping strategies for the mental aspects of anxiety.

Your personal Therapeutic Support worker can also offer advice on ways to regulate your emotions such as breathing exercises and mindfulness activities that tell your nervous system and body to calm down to help with the physical anxiety symptoms.

Anti-Anxiety Medication

Some people benefit from certain medications to manage their symptoms. The medication offered will vary from person to person and will be constantly supervised and reviewed. You’ll have the full support of a dedicated therapist throughout.

Sometimes, anxiety can make everyday tasks seem impossible. If necessary, we can arrange in-home support such as:

Live in Mental Health Nursing (RMN/CPN) – 12/8 hour shift availability
Visiting Mental Health Nurse (RMN/CPN) – 2/4/6 hour visits

Recovery Coaches – mental health coaches who can provide psychosocial support as well as life coaching.
